“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.”
-Ephesians 2:8-9
Happy springtime! I hope you’re all ready for the month of April to begin. Easter is just around the corner and I can’t think of a better time to have a conversation about Catholicism and Christianity. There are many religious traditions surrounding Easter, but how do we come to a place of genuine faith in Jesus’ work on the cross? Are we working for our salvation or working from a place of faith? My friend Corinne Gannon grew up Catholic, but caught a revelation about real faith in Jesus that changed her life. If you are curious about Catholicism or grew up in a more works-based religious church, then this is a must watch! Even if you are solid in your faith in Jesus, this interview gives insight on how to reach Catholics and others who don’t fully know what it means to be saved by grace through faith. God is all about loving and unifying his church! Corinne brings such an encouragement and a weight of revelation that we all need.
