“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.” -Isaiah 6:3
Overcomers, I hope you all had the best week… especially those who were celebrating American Independence Day on the 4th of July! I am very thankful to live in such a beautiful country. If you enjoy natural beauty, then you will certainly agree with me that the next two states we visited are indeed gorgeous. Montana and Wyoming are filled with the glory of the Lord! Below are a few pictures, prophetic words, insights and observations from these two glorious states.

Montana: is “a stairway to heaven with angels ascending and descending on it.” I heard this phrase and I knew it was part of a scripture. I found it in Genesis 28:12, which says, “He had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth, with its top reaching to heaven, and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.” We stopped briefly in Missoula, which has a nice downtown with a river running through it. When we traveled into Bozeman, I heard, “Bozeman is a battleground.” It definitely became apparent to me that there is a culture war and spiritual battle taking place in this city. I sensed that revival will come to Bozeman. As we drove across Montana, the two themes that stood out to me are the mountains and the rivers. The mountains seemed endless and rivers were nearly always with us. Gardiner, near the Yellowstone entrance, is a cute western town. I wish we could have spent more time there exploring.

Wyoming: is “Wonderful Wyoming.” Wonderful literally means “full of wonder!” Wow, I was amazed by how accurately this word describes Wyoming! These three scriptures came to mind for this state:
Isaiah 6:3: “And they were calling to one another: ‘Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.’ ”
Habakkuk 2:14: “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.”
Isaiah 61:4: “They will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the places long devastated; they will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations.”
Then I received the following word: “Beef Boom Blessing.” As the wicked elites try to kill the cattle industry, the people will push back and buy more beef than ever and sidestep stores and purchase it straight from the farmers and cattle ranchers. Fresh money and resources will be flowing into Wyoming.
We spent a couple days in Yellowstone National Park, which I decided is the Disneyland of national parks. I highly recommend spending several days here… there is just too much to see in only a couple days, but it can be done mostly. My very favorite thing we saw at this park by far was the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. It is unmissable! The waterfall there is captivating. We really wanted to see a grizzly bear, but we never did. We did get to see a couple of bison up close for the first time in our lives, so that was exciting. We waited in the pouring rain for at least 30 minutes to see Old Faithful, which was beautiful… but I would never wait that long in the rain to see it again. After Yellowstone, we strolled down to Grand Teton National Park. Those mountains are incredibly stunning and dramatic! I would have loved to spend more time there on one of the lakes nearby. We were able to spend a couple hours in Jackson, which is a fun western-themed town. It has a vibrant town square with horse-drawn carriages driven by cowboys. It’s a great place to visit!
As we drove into Laramie, there was a storm and a rainbow over the area. I saw this as I was reading the history of the murder of the young gay man that took place there. I believe God is bringing cleansing and redemption to Laramie. There was a lot of construction in the downtown area, which is symbolic of God’s reconstruction of the heart of the city.
I’m happy to share some of this journey with you… stay tuned next week to hear about the next leg of the trip. Blessings to you all!
